بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ

26/10/2000,

بناء على القانون رقم 16/72 تاريخ

15/12/1972 وتعديلاته,

بناء على المرسوم 9104 تاريخ

11/09/1996 وتعديلاته,

بناء على القرار رقم 100 تاريخ

جمعية الكرامة الرياضية),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام

للشباب والرياضة,

يقرر ما يلي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم "جمعية الكرامة الرياضية" المرخصة بموجب العلم والخبر رقم 100 تاريخ 19/03/1987, مركزها بيروت, قضاء بيروت, محافظة بيروت, ليصبح "نادي جواد الرياضي" .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينقل مقر نادي جواد الرياضي من بيروت, محافظة بيروت, ليصبح: التل, قضاء طرابلس , محافظة الشمال.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
