المادة 1

مادة 1: كل اعتداء او محاولة اعتداء على انابيب شركة نفط العراق الممتدة الى طرابلس يحال الى المحاكم العسكرية ويعاقب بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة 437 من قانون الجزاء الفرنساوي والمواد 222 و223 و224 من قانون القضاء العسكري

المادة 2

مادة 2: امين السر العام والجنرال معاون الجنرال القائد الاعلى مكلفان كل فيما يعنيه تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي يوضع موضع التنفيذ نظرا لضرورة الاسراع ووفقا لاحكام المادة 3 من القرار عدد 96/S تاريخ 14 نيسان سنة 1925 بتعليقه على باب المندوبية العامة (1).
