ان وزير الزراعة

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6785 تاريخ 20 ايار 1961

وبناء على المادة السابعة من المرسوم رقم 16597 تاريخ 17 تموز

1957

وبناء على اقتراح مجلس ادارة مكتب الفاكهة اللبنانية الوارد

في كتابه رقم 439/ص تاريخ 11 ايلول 1961

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يسمح لمكتب الفاكهة اللبنانية بصورة استثنائية وبخلال مدة تنتهي في 31 كانون الاول سنة 1961 باستيراد كمية من الصناديق الجاهزة المصنوعة من خشب الصنوبر البحري الناشف والمعدة لتصدير التفاح على ان لا تتجاوز سبعمائة الف صندوق.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور نشره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
