المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: اعتبارا من تاريخ صدور هذا القرار تسلم جميع مواد الاعاشة (حنطة وشعير وخلافه من الحبوب والسكر والارز) بغلافاتها ويبقى الغلاف ملكا للشاري.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعطى الموزعون اضافة واحد بالماية فرق الغلاف يدفع ثمنها.

المادة 3

مادة 3: لسهولة المعاملة يجعل وزن كيس الدقيق في المطاحن ماية كيلو قائم و99 كيلو صافي.

المادة 4

مادة 4: لا يسري مفعول المادتين الثانية والثالثة على اصحاب المصانع والافران.

المادة 5

مادة 5: ان هذا القرار يلغي كل قرار سابق يتعلق بالشوالات الفارغة.

المادة 6

مادة 6: مديرية الاعاشة مكلفة بتنفيذ هذا القرار.
