ان وزير الزراعة

بناء على المرسوم الصادر بتاريخ 7 حزيران سنة 1951 برقم 5261

بناء على القرار رقم 36 المؤرخ في 3 شباط سنة 1925 وخاصة

مادته الاولى المتعلقة بحماية زراعة القطن من الحشرات

والامراض

ولما كانت زراعة القطن تشكل اهمية اقتصادية في لبنان

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الزراعة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: حدد 30 تشرين الثاني من عام 1951 موعد اقصى لقلع ونقل او اتلاف نباتات القطن الناتجة في الاراضي الزراعية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
