بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما المادة 146 منه

وبناء على القرار رقم 7858 تاريخ 30/06/2001 المتعلق ببيانات احصائية

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 23/08/2001

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى الانموذجان رقم "BBR-4" و "BBR-6" المرفقين بالقرار رقم 7858 تاريخ 30/06/2001 ويستبدلان بالانموذجين المرفقين بالقرار الحاضر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
