المادة 1

مادة 1: يفوض امين سر البلدية السيد سعيد الريشاني بالصلاحيات التالية: - احالة المعاملات التي لا تطلب رأيا خاصا من رئيس البلدية. - مراجعة الوزارات والمصالح المستقلة بشأن معاملات ومصالح البلدية. - الاشراف على تنفيذ الاشغال البلدية من رئيس البلدية. - الاشراف على موظفي البلدية وعمالها وتنظيم اعمالهم. - توقيع براءات الذمة والافادات المطلوبة من الاهلين واوامر التسليم. - ابلاغ التكاليف وتوجيه الانذارات وفقا لقانون الرسوم البلدية. - توجيه الانذارات للمخالفين اما بشأن مخالفات البناء فتكون على اساس اوامر السلطة التنفيذية. احالة محاضر الضبط الى المحافظة.
