مادة 1: تلغى القرارات رقم 8900 تاريخ 9/10/53 ورقم 8913 تاريخ 21/10/53 ورقم 8942 تاريخ 28/11/53 ورقم 9387 تاريخ 4/8/55 ورقم 9993 تاريخ 17/4/57.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحظر بيع الخبز العربي (الابيض والاسمر) بالعدد ويفرض بيعه بالوزن وفقا للسعر المحدد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: كل نص يتعلق برطوبة الخبز العربي والافرنجي ويتعارض مع احكام المواصفة الوطنية رقم 14: 1964 يعتبر ملغى حكما.

المادة 4

مادة 4: كل مخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبها للملاحقة امام القضاء وفقا للقوانين النافذة.

المادة 5

مادة 5: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به اعتبارا من اول حزيران 1970.
