المادة 1

مادة 1: يحظر على الافران بيع اي كمية من الدقيق المسلم اليها بقصد تحويله الى خبز.

المادة 2

مادة 2: كل مخالفة لاحكام المادة الاولى من هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبها للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة 53 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 189 تاريخ 18 حزيران سنة 1942 .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور تعليقه على لوحة الاعلانات في وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.
