التصديق على قرار المجلس الاداري لاوقاف جبل لبنان رقم 16 تاريخ 27/4/88 والموافقة على الحاق مسجد كترمايا الجديد (الكائن على ارض العقار رقم 2573 منطقة كترمايا باقليم الخروب ) وجميع المنشآت والدكاكين القائمة على ارض هذا العقار بدائرة اوقاف جبل لبنان واعتباره من الاوقاف الخيرية المضبوطة ليكون تحت اشرافها ومسؤوليتها وادارتها, ويجرى عليه ما يجرى على مساجد الاقليم التابعة للدائرة المذكورة. وتكليف رئيس دائرة اوقاف جبل لبنان اتمام الموضوع لدى الدوائر العقارية المختصة وفق الانظمة والقوانين المرعية الاجراء.
