بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962,

بناء على القرار رقم 193 تاريخ

18/08/1997 (الترخيص باصدار مطبوعة "ماتش بوينت الرياضية"),

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد نبيل داود مراد والمسجل تحت رقم 3619 تاريخ 05/09/2003 (طلب ابدال اسم المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة

الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة "ماتش بوينت الرياضية" الشهرية, غير السياسية, ليصبح "الساعة".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
