ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 06/08/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان

لا سيما المادة 18 منه,

وبناء على القرار رقم 8331 تاريخ

09/01/2003 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2003,

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 2/13/03 تاريخ 15/09/2003,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة دلتا للصيرفة ـ اديب العياش وغسان ابو تين" المسجل في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 111.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
