ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ 26/10/2000 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/06/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة وتحديد ملاكها),

بناء على القرار رقم 116/1 تاريخ 10/05/2001 (تشكيل لجنة الادوية الزراعية),

بناء على محضر لجنة الادوية الزراعية تاريخ 07/08/2001 منع استيراد واستعمال بعض الادوية الزراعية,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

يمنع منعا باتا اعطاء اجازات استيراد جديدة للادوية الزراعية التالية:

1- Monocrotophos

2- Methyl Parathion (Except for the formulation : 10

% Methyl Parathion + 50% Winter Oil

3- Lindane

4- Fenamiphos (Except for Granular formulation

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره, ويبلغ من يلزم.
