مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 74 تاريخ 23 تشرين الثاني سنة 1950, فتصبح كما يلي: "تحدد تعريفة التحاليل المنصوص عنها في المادة 281 من قانون الجمارك بمبلغ 1500 غ. ل ما عدا تعريفة تحليل الافيون فتحدد بمبلغ 2000 غ. ل"

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بالمعدل الجديد اعتبارا من تاريخ توقيع هذا القرار ويطبق على التحاليل التي تطلب من الكيميائيين بعد هذا التاريخ.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
