الصرافة لعام 2000,

وبناء على القرار رقم 3041 تاريخ

05/05/1988 القاضي بادراج اسم شركة

"جوجو للصيرفة-جوجو وشركاه" على

لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة تحت رقم 9,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي

لمصرف لبنان رقم 16/55/00 تاريخ

20/12/2000,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم شركة "جوجو للصيرفة- جوجو وشركاه" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 9 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
