مادة 1: تعدل تعريفة الجمارك على الوجه التالي: رقم بيان الاصناف اساس معدل الرسم في البند الرسم التعريفة العادية ـــــ ـــــــــــــ ـــــــ ــــــــــــــ 85/27 انابيب التمديد الكهربائي ووصلاتها, من معادن عادية مبطنة بمواد عازلة. القيمة 40 %

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار وفقا لقانون الجمارك وخاصة المواد 13 و14 و16 منه وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
