بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الامير سامر فوزي حرفوش والمسجل تحت رقم 3001 تاريخ 29/07/2003 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة)

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح الأمير سامر فوزي حرفوش, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة نصف شهرية, غير سياسية, باللغة العربية, باسم "أوتو ليبان".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
