مادة 1: تعدل تعريفة الرسوم الجمركية على الشكل التالي: رقم البند بيان الاصناف 69/7 بلاط وترابيع للتبليط والتغطية (للجدران والمواقد, الخ...), غير ملمعة (غير مورنشة) ولا مطلية بالميناء. اساس الرسم معدل الرسم القيمة 25 %

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار وفقا لاحكام قانون الجمارك, وخاصة المادتين 13 و14 منه, وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
