مادة 1: ينشر قرار المجلس البلدي رقم 47 الصادر بتاريخ 5/4/1968 في الجريدة الرسمية الاتي نصه: اولا-تعديل سلسلة رواتب فوج حرس مدينة ميناء طرابلس المحدد في الجدول رقم 2 الملحق بقرار المجلس البلدي رقم 120 تاريخ 12 آب سنة 1964 على الوجه التالي: الراتب الحالي الراتب الجديد الرتبة الدرجة ل.ل. بعد التعديل ل.ل.
