بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي

رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون

البلديات),

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 7966/ص

تاريخ 28/10/2003 .

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية مغدوشة ـ قضاء صيدا ـ في محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
