بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ

26/10/2000,

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم

2378/ب/2001 تاريخ 18/09/2001,

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977

وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية كفرحيم قضاء الشوف في محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام الشوف اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
