يقرر ما ياتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: - يسحب البناء القائم على العقار رقم 256 من منطقة حارة صخر العقارية - جونية من لائحة الجرد العام للابنية التاريخية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: - ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و 25 و 50 من قانون الآثار المنوه عنه اعلاه.
