ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الانسة رتيبة حسن

صالح والمسجل تحت رقم 220 تاريخ 09/11/1998

(طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح الآنسة رتيبة حسن صالح، اللبنانية الجنسية ترخيصاً بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية غير سياسية باللغة العربية باسم: «عالم الاعاقة».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة. بيروت في 23 تشرين الثاني 1998 وزير الإعلام باسم أحمد السبع
