ان شركة Saned Equity Partners Ltd. المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٦/٦/٢٩، تحت رقم ٢٨٩٣ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١١/٢١، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٤/٥٦٩٧، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٩/٢٣، إقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان وتعيين السيد كميل جورج سعاده لتمثيلها أمام السلطات اللبنانية وتوقيع جميع أنواع الوثائق المتعلقة بإغلاق المكتب التمثيلي المذكور أعلاه.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
