إن شركة DT Global Inc المسجلة بتاريخ ۲۰۲۱/۱۱/۱۸، تحت رقم ۳۰۰۸ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١٢/١٦، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٤/٧٠٢١، بأنها قد عينت بموجب سند توكيل صادر في ٢٠٢٤/١٠/١، السيد عبدو طيّار، المسؤول عن مشروع INARA، لبنان كممثل لفرع الشركة في لبنان، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة الواردة في سند التوكيل المشار إليه أعلاه، والصالح والنافذ حتى تاريخ ٢٠٢٦/٩/٣٠، ما لم يتم عزله قبل هذا التاريخ.
واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
