بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي

(قانون البلديات),

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم

2830/ب/2003 تاريخ 07/10/2003,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية بقاع صفرين ـ قضاء المنية الضنية في محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ لبنان الشمالي أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
