بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ

12/06/1959 وتعديلاته (تنظيم الادارات العامة)

لا سيما المادة السابعة منه,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ

12/06/1959 وتعديلاته (نظام الموظفين),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يفوض الى الدكتور وليد عمار مدير عام وزارة الصحة العامة صلاحية توقيع واصدار: 1- اجازات ممارسة المهن الطبية وشبه الطبية كافة. 2- اجازات حمل لقب اختصاص طبي. 3- اجازات حمل لقب اختصاص في طب الاسنان. 4- اجازات ممارسة مهنة الصيدلة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
