المادة 1

مادة 1: يصادر ويمنع دخول كتاب "ISRAEL DIE ZWEITE GENERATION" "CHRISTOPH VON IMHOFF" لمؤلفه الصادر في "STUTTGART" الى الاراضي اللبنانية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: كل مخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبها لاحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة 50 من قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
