يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية الناعمة ­ حارة الناعمة, قضاء الشوف, في محافظة جبل لبنان, منحلا حكما, للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام الشوف اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور, حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تعود الحاجة.
