المادة 1

مادة 1: يرفع الى خمسة ملايين ليرة لبنانية الحد الادنى لرأسمال المصارف اللبنانية والاجنبية العاملة في لبنان, باستثناء مصارف الاعمال والتسليف المتوسط والطويل الاجل, والمخصص لاستثمارها في لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعطى المصارف المعنية بالمادة الاولى التي لا يبلغ رأسمالها المخصص لاستثماراتها في لبنان مبلغ خمسة ملايين ليرة لبنانية مهلة ثمانية عشر شهرا من تاريخ العمل بهذا القرار لتسوية اوضاعها بالنسبة للمادة الاولى المذكورة.

مادة 1: تمدد لغاية 31 كانون الاول 1978 المهلة المحددة بالمادة الثانية من قرار حاكم مصرف لبنان رقم 846 تاريخ 15 تموز 1974 لتحرير زيادة رأسمال المصارف المعنية بالمادة الاولى من القرار المذكور.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
