المادة 1

مادة 1: تحدد المساحات المرخص بزرعها تبغا وتنباكا لعام 1976 ب/69701 دونما وذلك كما كانت عليه عام 1975 باستثناء المزارعين المشار اليهم في المادة 18 من المرسوم رقم 10957 تاريخ 2 تشرين الاول 1968 (الفقرات أ, ب , ج, د, ه).

المادة 2

مادة 2: تجدد لعام 1976 الرخص الاستثنائية الاضافية المعطاة عام 1970 الى مزارعي القرى الامامية ولبعض قرى منطقة بعلبك والبالغة مساحتها 7521 دونما منها مساحة 6592 دونما للقرى الامامية في الجنوب ومساحة 929 دونما لبعض قرى منطقة بعلبك, باستثناء المزارعين المشار اليهم في المادة الرابعة من القرار رقم 1155/1 تاريخ 17 حزيران 1970

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
