وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة زهيدة عدنان درويش اللبنانية الجنسية ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة فصلية غير سياسية باللغة الفرنسية باسم: "PHARES" تتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافية كاتيا إلياس شمعون.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
