ان وزير الزراعة

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11860 تاريخ 15/1/1969

بناء على قانون الحجر الصحي الزراعي الصادر بتاريخ

10/6/1948.

وحيث ان مرض التبقح على التفاحيات (Tavelure) يعتبر من

الامراض الوبائية الخطرة على اشجار التفاحيات ,

وحيث انه ضروري منع تسرب هذا المرض , وانتشاره في بساتين

التفاحيات .

وبناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع منعا باتا ولمدة سنة دخول اغراس التفاحيات واجزائها الحية وثمارها, الى الاراضي اللبنانية, كما يمنع منعا باتا, مرورها بطريق الترانزيت .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة, ويعمل به فور صدوره.
