المادة 1

مادة 1: يخضع تصدير قوارير تعبئة الغاز السائل لنظام الاجازة المسبقة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تمنح الاجازة من قبل رئيس مصلحة المناجم والمحروقات في ضوء حاجات البلاد واستنادا لطلب خطي من الشركة مالكة القوارير المطلوب تصديرها المدموغة باسمها او شعارها, واذا لم تكن القوارير مدموغة باسم الشركة فعلى هذه الاخيرة ان تثبت ملكيتها بجميع طرق الاثبات

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور نشره على لوحة الاعلانات في وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.
