المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يرخص بانشاء مستودعات وهمية في مدينتي بيروت وطرابلس لمضاغط الهواء النقالة, من قوة لا تقل عن 25 حصانا ديزل, المعدة لورش البناء وشق الطرقات .

المادة 2

مادة 2: تخضع المستودعات الوهمية المذكورة في المادة الاولى اعلاه للشروط المنصوص عليها في قانون الجمارك والانظمة الجمركية المعمول بها, وتحدد الجعالة السنوية المتوجبة عن كل مستودع بخمسماية ليرة لبنانية (500 ل.ل.).

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا الامر في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
