المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعفى من الاجازة ورسمها البضائع الخاضع استيرادها لنظام الاجازة المسبقة اذا كانت قيمتها لا تتجاوز الخمسماية ليرة لبنانية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعفى من الاجازة ورسمها البضائع الخاضع تصديرها لنظام الاجازة المسبقة اذا كانت قيمتها لا تتجاوز المايتي ليرة لبنانية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تبقى البضائع المذكورة في المادتين الاولى والثانية خاضعة لتأشيرة وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني حسب الاصول المرعية الاجراء.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
