المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدد سعر بيع كيلو التنباك اللبناني العادي المصنع في السوق المحلي, بما فيه جميع الرسوم, بمبلغ قدره: /25/ ل.ل. (فقط خمس وعشرون ل.ل.)

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد سعر بيع كيلو التنباك اللبناني "النكهة العجمية" المصنع في السوق المحلي, بما فيه جميع الرسوم, بمبلغ قدره:/40/ ل.ل. (فقط اربعون ل.ل. لا غير).

المادة 3

مادة 3: يحدد سعر الكيلو المصدر من التنباك اللبناني العادي المصنع المسمى "تنباك لبناني" بمبلغ خمسة دولارات اميركية فوب بيروت .

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
