بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المادة 86 من قانون العمل اللبناني,

بناء على القرار رقم 40/1 تاريخ 08/06/1999,

المتعلق بتأسيس "نقابة اصحاب مستوردي معدات

الحماية والسلامة في لبنان),

بناء على الطلب المسجل برقم 79/3 تاريخ

07/01/2000,

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم "نقابة اصحاب مستوردي معدات الحماية والسلامة في لبنان " ليصبح: "نقابة محترفي الحماية والسلامة في لبنان" , والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
