المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح وضع الادخال المؤقت عن النسج المصنرة المعدة لصبغها او لتطبيعها والنسج المصنرة المعدة لصبغها او لتطبيعها ومن ثم خياطتها البسة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع هذا الوضع للاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة وتحدد ادارة الجمارك الشروط المناسبة لمراقبته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تخضع الاستفادة من احكام هذا الامر لموافقة مديرية الجمارك العامة.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا الامر في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
