بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الزراعة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يستثنى من أحكام المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 206/1 تاريخ 20 آب سنة 1969, اغراس التفاحيات على انواعها, شرط ارفاق كل ارسالية بشهادة صحية صادرة عن بلد المنشأ تثبت خلوها من مرض التبقع (TAVELURE)

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
