بناء على المرسوم رقم 13621 تاريخ 26/10/2004

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962 ولا سيما المادة 50 منه

بناء على القانون رقم 152 تاريخ 06/11/1999 لا سيما المادة الثالثة منه

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تصادر ويمنع توزيع نسخ العدد الصادر بتاريخ 28/1/ 2005 من مطبوعة "INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE" للسبب المشار إليه أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعتبر الإعلان المذكور أعلاه نصا ممنوعا من النشر.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
