بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات), لا سيما

المادة 24 منه,

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997

(تعديلات على بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب

اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون

انشاء بلدية في بلدة يانوح - قضاء صور -

محافظة لبنان الجنوبي,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يتولى قائمقام صور ـ محافظة لبنان الجنوبي, القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية يانوح ـ قضاء صور بصورة مؤقتة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي في البلدة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
