مادة 1: يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي, القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية النجارية ـ قضاء صيدا بصورة مؤقتة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي في البلدة المذكورة.

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
