ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/4/2003,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/6/1997 (قانون البلديات),

بناء على القانون رقم 665/97 تاريخ

29/12/1997 (تعديلات على بعض النصوص في

قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون

البلديات وقانون المختارين) لا سيما

المادة 41 منه,

بناء على الطلب المقدم والمسجل لدى قلم

وزارة الداخلية والبلديات تحت رقم 3580

تاريخ 16/2/2004,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في بلدة سلعا ـ قضاء صور في محافظة لبنان الجنوبي بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية سلعا".

المادة 2

مادة 2: إن النطاق البلدي لبلدية سلعا هو النطاق العقاري للبلدة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
