بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

بناء على القانون رقم 665/97 تاريخ

29/12/1997 (تعديلات على بعض النصوص في

قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون

البلديات وقانون المختارين) لا سيما

المادة 41 منه,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من مختار واهالي

بلدة قناريت والمسجل لدى قلم وزارة

الداخلية والبلديات تحت رقم 3142 تاريخ

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في بلدة قناريت ـ قضاء صيدا في محافظة لبنان الجنوبي بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية قناريت".

المادة 2

مادة 2: إن النطاق البلدي لبلدية قناريت هو النطاق العقاري للبلدة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
