ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13621 تاريخ 26/10/2004 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 116 تاريخ 12/06/1959,

بناء على قانون المختارين الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على الكتاب المقدم من اهالي بلدة الخضر والمسجل لدى قلم الوزارة بتاريخ 31/01/2005 تحت رقم 2464,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

ينشأ في بلدة الخضر ـ قضاء بعلبك حي جديد يسمى"الحي الجنوبي".

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
