بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ

17/04/2003,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات),

بناء على القانون رقم 665/97 تاريخ

29/12/1997 (تعديلات على بعض النصوص في قانون

انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات

وقانون المختارين) لا سيما المادة 41 منه,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من اهالي بلدة مشمش

والمسجل لدى قلم وزارة الداخلية والبلديات

تحت رقم 5686 تاريخ 10/03/2004,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في بلدة مشمش ـ قضاء جبيل ـ محافظة جبل لبنان بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية مشمش".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكون النطاق البلدية لبلدية مشمس وفقا للخريطة المرفقة بهذا القرار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
