ان شركة Mindshare Middle East - North Africa (MENA) Bahrain Exempt Joint Stock Company المسجلة بتاريخ 16/8/2001 تحت رقم 2177 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/4/2005, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4399/2005, بأنه تم تعيين السيد خليل بيطار مديرا للمكتب التمثيلي للشركة في لبنان خلفا للسيد طوني عيد وبأن التواقيع المصرفية ستكون. 1 ـ للسيد ادمون مطران منفردا. 2 ـ للسيد خليل بيطار والسيد فادي ابو غانم متحدين. وذلك بموجب محضر اجتماع جمعية عمومية غير عادية مؤرخ في 24/2/2005 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
