ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ

06/08/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في

لبنان لا سيما المادة الثامنة عشرة منه,

وبناء على القرار رقم 8948 تاريخ

13/01/2005 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة

لعام 2005,

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم

3/3/05 تاريخ 01/04/2005,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة نمير للصيرفة" المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 535

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
