ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ

17/4/2003,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118

تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات),

لا سيما المادة 24 منه,

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ

29/12/1997 (تعديلات على بعض النصوص

في قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب

وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين),

بناء على القرار رقم 263 تاريخ

10/3/2004 انشاء بلدية في بلدة جنتا -

قضاء بعلبك - محافظة البقاع,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يتولى قائمقام بعلبك ـ محافظة البقاع, القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية جنتا ـ قضاء بعلبك بصورة مؤقتة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي في البلدة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
